“New collaboration with our freinds at Levante Brewing in PA: Mesoa! This Fruited NEIIPA has big hits of Pink Gauva and really shows off Levantes influence!” – Icarus

A North East style IPA brewed allongside Levante Brewing. Heavily Oated and Wheated with Belgian Candi Sugar and Lactose. Copiously Dry-Hopped with Lupulin Citra, Experimental Bru-1, and Nelson Sauvin then conditioned on Pink Guava. The nose starts with tropical fruit such as papaya, and guava with soft hints of vanilla. The pour is opaque yellow like fresh squeezed orange juice, with light carbonation. The mouthfeel is soft with a light zing of carbonation on the tongue. Flavors of Pink Guava, Papaya, Citrus, and vanilla all intertwine creating a perfect harmony of balanced flavors that coat your mouth. The finish is sweet and short with a touch of bitterness to balance. Overall this beer was super solid with tons of tropical aromas and flavors. If you enjoy mouth-coating, hazy, juicy IPA’s than this is one beer you have to try! Super easy to crush, really tasty, and satisfying.
Bottoms up!
